Yeah, I think the net should remain flat as far as that type of hierarchy goes....
It's also bullshit that South Koreans, Japananese, Canadians and the French get much faster broadband speeds. We need that broadband over powerline or whatever rolled out.
I saw Sen. Leahy speak on the hill a few years ago about this "unholy" monopoly of the telecom companies....
